  Diane was great to work with. She worked her butt off to get our loan closed on time after a hick up with our buyer on the home we sold. Diane made the process smooth and worry free. You can count on what she says! Not only did Diane secure our new home loan, she helped us like a financial advisor and came up with a plan that not only gave us an affordable payment, but we are better off financially and 100+ increase in credit score after working with Diane. I loved the plan she laid out. We had applied for mortgage loans with about 5 companies. She by far was the only one working for us and kept our best interest in mind . We 1000% recommend Diane and Fairyway. Nothing beats going with a local lender that wants to see you succeed as a home owner! Thanks Diane!

  Diane Fry and her team are second to none. Simply the best! This was actually the second time we have had a very successful experience with them. In this case, her team fixed things after the process with an online provider went south at signing because of some obscure technicality. They saved the day! Don’t deal with anyone else. Diane Fry and team Rock!!!
