  They are now open. You do not have to make an appointment. You can go inside and do your banking. You also can use the drive-thru.

  I’ve had nothing but positive experiences since I joined Community West over 10 years ago. Staff is always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help me. Their specialized staff (mortgages etc) are very knowledgeable and ensure your transactions occur smoothly. The shared branch system is amazing!! It allows Grandpa on the other side of the state to deposit money for the grandkids directly in their accounts for birthdays and makes accessing our money while traveling hassle free. I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

  Appointment only and since I don’t have a bank card I can’t use the drive thru. Usually my go to shared branch credit union but now I’m going to have to find somewhere else.

  I've worked with numerous banks, they all have some weird quirk but I haven't work with one with such bad service, a horrible website, poorly designed loan payment platform (to the point it seems this way to make it difficult and expensive to use - $20 convenience fee), shady fees ($2 a month for a printed statement because I logged onto the website once - which I did so I didn't have to by the previous $20 convenience fee - see the level of shady this is becoming) and one using an insecure, out of date platform for account generation (literally a random email that takes you to a none bank website with an expired certificate). After bringing these things up to customer service all I got was "Well thats what we have. You have to pay those fees.". There are so many other credit unions and local community banks to use. I cannot recommend them for any services.

  I absolutely LOVE this credit union. I have been with them since their inception when they used to be the Steelcase credit union. Every transaction with them has been helpful, pleasant and I won't go anywhere else.

  I wanted to make a change in beneficiary but was advised I had to come to a branch office and fill out a form. The other two credit unions I have accounts at as well as my fidelity investments account allow me to make changes online in the internet banking program. I wish you would make such changes possible as well.

  If I could give 0 starts I would. Worst credit union to go through. The only reason I am in business with them is because of a car loan otherwise I wouldn’t be working with them. Does not give enough information about the skip-a-pay. They took my money and didn’t even put it through the loan. Does not communicate with their customers at all.

  CW Credit Union has been awesome for me personally and for my business account. No crazy fees, great customer service and convenient location. From the day I opened my account, the staff has been calling me by name. No long waits, especially at the drive through.

  I have been a member for over 20 years. They are always helpful and they have low fees. I do all my banking here, (house loan, savings, checking and credit) they have great banking products. I would definitely recommend CWCU to anyone.
