  Always exceptional service over phone, in person and email. I never struggle to get my questions answered and in contact with the branch. Anita and Ashley have been super kind and helpful through refinancing my auto-loan, getting a new credit and debit card, and getting set up with multiple banking accounts.

  Went to cash a couple checks, & the lady said, "wait just a minute, Lake Michigan Credit Union has a nice surprise for you & your wife". She then deposited $25.00 in our account, to be used for a nice lunch, etc. That was sure a pleasant surprise, & when I told my wife, she was very pleased!!! I had told the her we had just celebrated our 56th wedding anniversary. Thanks!!!

  Forgot cell phone and needed to make an emergency call. Ask one of the guys sitting down. Then asked a teller. Both told me to sit down and wait and someone would help. Waiting 10 minutes and left no one help even though there was about 5 people doing nothing. Even Walmart is more helpful than this bank. Bunch people just sitting around not doing anything. I had planned on changing my Chase bank to these guys but after this experience I definitely won't do that.

  The staff here is so friendly. I waitress so I drop off my tips twice a week and I always have my dog with me, they always ask about him and give him a treat. I couldn’t ask for a better bank.

  Always friendly staff! Every time I go here it is a great experience. So helpful and kind. This is the first credit union I have used and will continue to use for all my loans.

  Most employees have no clue the credit union polices it changes branch to branch. Very rude employees.

  This branch has the most courteous, good natured, and genuinely happy employees of any LMCU I've ever visited. Fast and efficient as well. What a pleasure to do business at this location.

  Ive had an account with this bank since icwas 18 and now this july will be 27. 1st time they ever wanted to hold a check i got from a job as a sub contractor and made me have to go to the bank it was from just to cash it which costs money. Last i checked i had a bank and stayed with them this long to avoid these issues so soon will be finding a new bank. Thanks lmcu for your poor service after so many years.

  Very predatory policies they disclose 3 weeks after the fact. Less than experienced "specialists" who dont return calls, or emails, and dont send paperwork through to other branches for multiple weeks at a time.
