  We bought a house in Alexandria in June...and had the good fortune to work with Susie Jones of Community Title Network. We moved from out of State and had a lot of questions. I know when I send over a transaction, that not only will the file get processed but they'll be on the lookout for obstacles and figure out solutions so transactions close without stress for the parties involved.   Susie and her staff were so great to work with. I honestly could not have asked for a better team. They handled countless questions from a first time home owner and were so professional and patient throughout. Susie answered every email within 24 hours, called me back within a few hours of every call I made, answered emails on weekends and off-hours even. They worked very well with my lender and made the process smooth and simple. Susie also explained title insurance coverage to me and made it easy to understand.
