  I heard about Brian from a local radio station and was interested in the incredibly low mortgage rates that may be available. I left a voicemail (past business hours) and the next day, Brian reached out and talked at length about my goals and other pertinent financial information to determine the best plan. Brian put together plan and sent it out via email and called to review everything. All communications were done by email or text and the process was SO simple and stress-free.   Several years ago Brian with Community Mortgage helped me refinance my house to a better interest rate. He was extremely helpful and thorough. The whole process was not stressful as I thought it would be. It was a great experience! In fact, I just needed to refinance again to help with medical bills and debt. Brian was the first and only name that came to mind. I reached out to him via email and he replied right away and he even remembered me from the first time. I appreciated that i wasn't just some random client in the books, but a valued customer. As before, Brian made the whole process a great experience.   We were heading down the Rocket Mortgage road with approval letter in hand. After looking for over a year for our new home and constant update calls from Quicken, we found our place. We had a sizable down payment and was working on flipping our current residence. Rocket kept offering contracts with points and large closing costs. I had heard about Brian on our local news radio station and decided to give him a call. His contract was so much better than Quicken that we though there was a mistake. I sent a copy over to Rocket and our representative that we had worked with for over a year disappeared and we were tossed into the account recovery group. Talk about aggressive. It is just amazing how the rates dropes, just as fast as their integrity. Brian's rates started low and stayed there. We financed our first loan with him and then refinanced once our first house that we flipped sold. Great work each time.

  We had used Brian before several years ago with great success so we immediately thought of him with our refi. He was GREAT again. Quick responses. Easy to work with. We had heard and seen in doing some research that loan processing was very slow because of the demand. Not the case for us. We will use Brian again any time if/when needed.

Brian was very helpful in informing me of all the documentation needed to complete the loan process, was expeditious in responding to questions, and very informative with leading us through the closing process.   Brian made this mortgage refinance process super smooth. I had been rejected by two previous lenders, but Brian tried again for me anyway. Not only did he get me refinance, but Brian got me a rate in the 2’s!!!
