  Jeremy and his staff handled our refinance flawlessly. He estimated the appraisal value and worked out the details to get great fixed rates and it all was handled very quickly. The appraisal came back at the value he was anticipating and his rates are very competitive. We will use and recommend Community Lending in the future.

  Jeremy came highly recommended to me by a friend, and for good reason. Everything was smooth and straightforward, despite being a self-employed single head of household who needed sound guidance on my tax filing for this year to make sure I was lined up for loan approval. Jeremy was easy to get ahold of when needed, and was always able to interpret everything into what next step I should take. I also truly loved the purposely cheesy update videos that come out at every stage of the loan process. I am eager to recommend Community Lending Group to friends and family when they are in the market for a loan.

  Justin has the best system to make the process of getting a mortgage completely hassle free. You easily sign docs right from your phone, and he has everything set so that the same place you sign your docs, you can see a timeline of events leading up to closing on your home. In my past mortgage experiences its been stressful, but with Justin it was so easy and not stressful at all. Thats my biggest reason for writing this review, I recommend Justin to anyone who just wants things to move along smoothly.
