  The Phone Service is exceptional when it comes to waiting. Another words. It takes forever! While if you need to talk to a live person. Death may come sooner. I'll change this statement. As soon as I get a real answer from a live Person. Not likely... at this point.

  This CU has the worst customer service ever. If you have an issue you have to play phone tag with the automated system before you get to speak with a live person which really doesn't do you any good because they can never seem to help you with your issue. Forget about calling on the weekend or a holiday because all they can tell you is that you have to call back during regular business hours. 17 years with them but I have had enough Im changing financial institutions as soon as I can.

  I love the inside tellers! They are very friendly and helpful with any issue. The issue I have is with the drive up 🏧. I've had times when the machine would not accept deposits as well as the machine being down all together.

  Went in signed in to talk to someone. Only 1 lady already sitting with someone. No one came over to ask if I needed help or hi. They didn't say anything until I walked out. Will stick to Orange park location s, service here is ridiculous!

  When ever yoi go to deposit money regardless drive threw or inside it takes about 30 minutes. They are so slow better off driving the extra miles to the one on lem turner

  2 cars in front of me at the drive thru equals a 30 minute wait. Apparently drive thru’s there do not equal speed in any level.

We try to give each member dedicated service with each transaction, and that includes answering any questions they may have. Our drive-thru lanes are meant for convenience, but don't necessarily guarantee an expedited experience.
