  I had the best experience opening a business account with Rob Z. He was the friendliest banker I've ever had the pleasure to work with and I am looking for more reasons to go back to the bank and work with him. Beautiful and clean bank with quick service. Absolute pleasure and highly recommend.

  Fantastic experience working with Rob, the assistant branch manager. I was able to refinance an auto loan with Rob’s assistance, and I don’t think I was there for more than 45 minutes. I will definitely keep CFCU in mind for any loan / banking needs down the road.

  I love this credit union. They are so friendly & helpful. They are very patient. They will sit with you and explain everything & then sum. The only complaint I have is, I wish they would open a Community Financial CU in or near Redford Township.

  Love the new location! I was riving so far to try and get to the northville or plymouth one and this makes it so much more convenient. The branch is clean and well maintained, lots of parking. Inside the tellers are friendly and I have never had an issue.

  We have been with this bank for over six years and in that time they have shown to be an excellent bank. We have done loans and all sorts of other services through them and the bank has been timely and professional. I highly recommend this bank for all of their services and at any branch. I will continue to use them.

  Recently we visited CFCU for an auto loan. My husband and I were very impressed with Dana Kemp who assisted us in doing so. She was so helpful and had such a pleasing personality we immediately fell in love with her. When we ran into snag regarding my credit report Dana went right to work seeing that it was corrected. It took a few days but she was right on top of it. We received several calls from her and so did the auto dealership giving us the progress on what was happening. I want to say thank you to Dana for doing such a fine job and also to thank Community Financial for their role in this. I have been a member of CFCU for many years and have always had such wonder service so the support here does not surprise me. It does amaze me that in today’s world where customer service is not like it was, CFCU is still abiding by the old fashioned rules of treating their members with great courtesy and respect.
