  Couldn't get approved anywhere and then went here, Kelly Collins was an outstanding help and was able to get me a loan and into a nice vehicle, I definitely recommend going to see them for any banking needs!

  I have been a member for a while now and I just have to say they get a 10 out of 10 for customer service. I have had interactions with the Assistant Bank Manager to the teller and they all treat me with respect, and always thank me for my business. The one person I would like to mention is Kelly Collins the Assistant Branch Manager. Kelly is your biggest asset, she is professional, personal, she makes you feel like you are the only customer she has. When people ask me about who I bank with I always refer them, we were referred by our daughter and we will continue to refer your credit union. Santa and Mrs. Claus love Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union.

  Kelly Walker has been my GO TO for everything at my credit union... she has helped me build my credit, refinance my mortgage, refinance a vehicle loan, remodel my home, and set me up with my additional business account. I literally go to her for everything and she is super quick to help and guides me in easy steps. I LOVE HER! She is the main reason I stay with MSGCU.

  I have been banking here for a little over a year, they provide the most excellent service. By far the best bank i have ever dealt with. They have helped me get approved for loans i never thought i’d be approved for, and at a very reasonable interest rate. And Ms. Kelly is by far the best person i have dealt with when it came to Loans, Account managment, and all my other banking needs. Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars. I am very grateful for the care that they have for their customers.

  Awesome Customer Service, unbeatable loan rates, friendly staff. I love this credit union and location. Been banking here for about 5 years. I've done 3 loan consolidations and I've been satisfied every single time. I don't plan on banking anywhere else.

  The experiences I have had with MSGCU has been so uplifting. From the first vehicle to the last vehicle I purchased through them. My go to branch person was Kelly Walker, now Kelly Collins. She made my experiences so easy and satisfying, that now that I have been with MSGCU I feel like she is a family member of mine. I tell people all the time about the time I wanted a vehicle. I had just paid off my truck and I saw a car I wanted, so I went to my branch to apply for a loan. Kelly was coming out of the door and I was going in, all I said was Kelly I saw a car I wanted, I swear she had my paperwork ready before I could get back to my job. She works miracles.The tellers are always so friendly regardless if they just met you or have known you for years. Oh, you asked if I would consider banking elsewhere, that would be a no. This credit union has me for life.

  They charged me for a loan that was paid off by the dealership and when I called about it they were extremely rude and wouldn’t dig into the matter. I have a signed document and proof that they were notified of the payment. I will be reporting this.

  I'm pretty tired of their ridiculous loan payment system. They have two online banking systems, one to manage your MSGCU accounts and another to make payments to loans. It makes absolutely *NO SENSE*. If you try to schedule a recurring payment when a payment is currently due, it won't allow you to make the recurring payment start during the current period... so you have to make a one-time payment, WAIT UNTIL IT CLEARS, and then schedule another one. THIS IS 2021 PEOPLE, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!! That being said, very friendly staff and great interest rates!!
