  We love all the people that work at the Jackson Parnell Road they are always polite and fast. I like to go and have Melanie smith help me she always helps me with everything I need done and is always smiling.

  The only time it seems I reach out for assistance is when I have a problem. Either my debt card didn't work, or I transferred funds into a wrong account, (it happens) Sad right! However, the problems are always handled with care and in a timely manner. Andrew DeHaven always provides a solution and owns the problem as if it were his own. I'm thankful to have a personal banker I can rely on.

  I was having a tough time with my credit card after I was alerted that I could no longer use it at PayPal. Why? I'll probably never know (you all know Paypal). Luckily I asked for help at my Credit Union and was pleasantly surprised when I was presented with a new card and was automatically ready to go, all in the matter of minutes. Thank you CCCU!

  I was indirectly given an account at Community Choice because I had an auto loan through them. I only paid my loan. But one day I walked in to do some things and they talked to me about Get Big Rewards, from there I opened a choice checking. I now have enough money in my Get Big Rewards to pay for my fees. I am excited to open up an account for my granddaughter and a Christmas account..

  Every time I go into this location, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, which always makes the environment more comforting. The staff is always so helpful and timely whenever I have had questions about my account. Would definitely recommend switching to Community Choice, I have had a wonderful experience.

  Gloria Keith, Community Choice Parnell road , what a wonderful experience I had with Gloria Keith , she answered all my questions and concerns about Telebanking . and truly listened to the problems and confusion I had with the new system .
