  Not having much luck with the new online service, but thanks to Shara at the Parnell office we got things straighten out an I feel more comfortable using the new system

  A'saan was great helping me secure the loan and get the papers signed. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I recommend the branch for anyone looking to switch to a credit union.

  Yes I had Kody as my loan officer. And Kody did a great job of explaining the hole process. Which I had no question at the end . Kody is a great loan officer explains everything crystal clear . Thank you for your help

  Assam spent time w/ me on phone getting on line straightened out. He was kind and more than patient then he told me what no one else had. It does not cost me to use my Visa overdraft protection. What a surprise! I am so delighted! Bonniewright

  A'Saan was awesome! It was quite a process to get my car loan approved but A'Saan was all over it and kept me informed the whole time. If you need help with a car loan, get ahold of him!

  I had been calling the north street office and kept getting the run around from being onhold so long it went to voice mail probly 10 times to others not knowing and or not wanting to help! I was on the phone all morning for something easy. Then i called the parnall rd office and met my man Assan! Assan was happy, easy to talk to i could even hear him smiling through the phone!!! Your company needs more of him!!! Thank you Assan

  Got loan over the phone and was told to go to the parnall branch and pick up the check all the information was done on the phone when I got to the branch it took a 35 minutes after I was waited on to get the check I was 15 minutes late to an appointment the teller was very apologetic but was very slow and seemed to have no ambition
