If there was a ZERO star available, I would score this Bank there. They are completely unprofessional, they only sell ARM's, they do not answer the phone, they do not return phone calls nor emails, they will run your credit multiple times (lowering your credit score to where you can't go anywhere else & qualify) with OUT your knowledge. Never is a long time, but I strongly suggest any & all to NEVER use this Company.

Met Jason at the PCB branch for a home line of equity loan. I received the necessary forms to fill out before our meeting. The bank is conveniently located from where I live on the beach.
