  Cash doesn’t get deposit in account for 3 days . Don’t use the card at the fuel pump they take 100 to hold . My other banks doesn’t do a hold of 100 or have a hold on my cash deposit at the ATM. Commerce Bank does this to make you overdrawn so you pay $37 Each item comes in.

  My way fe had a myspending card, apparently they attached the card to someone else's unrelated card, when that person realized that they did not have a my spending card and it was attached to their account and then they had suspicious activity going on, and canceled the card which unfortunately had nothing to do with them it was my wife's card. They then sent a check to the individual and put my wife's account into a negative balance after spending two hours in the Drive-Thru and in the parking lot waiting to get all this situated was not a fun experience as it was cold and slightly rainy outside. The fact that no haste was taking place to relieve the issue and resolve the issue it was just simply sit in weight and weight and weight until they finally were able to do something and then tell us that oh now you have to get out of the drive-thru and go wait in the parking lot and then wait in the parking lot some more and then wait in the parking lot some more 2 hours to resolve this issue that had nothing to do with us in the first place other than it was my wife's card that got canceled because it was somehow attached to someone else's account by someone quote" in the back" was totally unacceptable it should have been handled right away with urgency taken care of and made sure that this issue wouldn't happen again as it stands when I called customer service to try to talk to them make sure that none of my wife's information was ever accessed by the other individual I got the runaround transferred here transferred there transferred everywhere absolutely not happy I stopped using commerce years ago due to issues I had with him my wife chose to continue to use them and actually go into the my spending to change the account around but we are absolutely not happy with the way things went down today with the way things went down at all.

  Worse Bank! Beware They’ll try stealing money and not put it in your Account . The ATM machine spits it out the Cash deposit after you almost leave and take your Card. It says finish u finish take your card 2 mins later money you put in comes out.

  Absolute worst bank I have ever worked with. Every experience from making payments on a loan to paying it off has been a nightmare. No communication. Everyone seems confused on processes and statuses. Bank of America with all of their issues is still leaps and bounds ahead of commerce bank in every aspect

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Marcy the Branch Manager harassed my 80 year old grandmother, eventually leading the branch manager to advise my grandmother that she will be canceling her account after 30 years of being a customer. She was rude, dismissive and outright disrespectful.

  Insensitive and rude. There is a reason I don't bank there. They want a sperm sample just to cash a check!!!!
