  This bank is lazy. I got a loan with them though a car dealership. I decided to pay off the vehicle early, it took months to get the early buy out done and then they send me a letter telling me to go to the DMV to get my title? So, now I have to take a day off work to stand in line to get my title! I've had 30 auto loans and every one has sent me the title when it's paid off. Not Commerce bank, they stick it to you 1 last time. That's the last time I'll use them.

  I opened an account with commerce because it's close to home and it was a very costly mistake. In just 30 days of having an account, commerce stole $730 in fraudulent charges and fees from my account. Not one single person via phone or branch would even look into the matter for me. I withdrew all of my money and closed the account. When doing so, the branch showed no care in keeping me as a customer. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from commerce bank and their corrupt business practices. If I could leave zero stars I would.

  I just opend up my acc today! And im thinking about closing it.. Lady who helped setting my acc was very rude not a single smile! As she was force to work there! Get better reps please, i will deff not be coming back there. She also decided not to give me a debit card she wanted me to wait for it!!! Nice Dnt go there shittie place!

  Just came here to open an account. One single woman working. They also decided to serve another customer ahead of me who was extremely rude. If this is how they intend to conduct business and handle customers I cannot open an account here. Just wasted 15 minutes of my life I can’t have back.

  Commerce Bank as a whole is impossible to work with. Find another bank.
