  Worst banking experience in my life ! Dao at Comerica in carmel mountain is rude, and condescending. Horrible customer service with no follow through. Comerica is the most disorganized banking system ever. I've spoken to literally 10 different customer service managers and all of them have given me a different answer to my loan questions. Trust me there are better banks with smarter people out there.

  This bank is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I mean QUALITY CUSTOMER service. There is a new staff now as some have been promoted and others moved on to other avenues. You'll notice the difference right when you walk through the front door! Everyone is so helpful and they care about you and your business. They seem to know everyone by name or familiar face. Their goal seemed to be to make sure I was happy with my bank and to help me become more successful with the new business I'd just started. When you want those who work at a bank to have the experience of working at a bank in business loans, home loans, checking accounts etc. and are fed up with just "being a number or being a number" come and try this branch. It's location is right off the I 15 and left at the first signal light. It's close & the best bank!

  I am a regular customer. The staff is very outgoing, personable, and professional and I feel like it is my neighborhood bank. They always make sure I have my banking needs met. Outstanding service. James, Dee Dee, Justin, Janeth and Ryan are all exceptional.

  Absolutely the worst bank on the planet. I closed out an account in this branch that was my deceased parents held in their trust. Instead of closing, they withdrew the money and left the account open and continued to add fees and are now showing the account with a negative balance. I called their corporate customer service number to let them know about the error and instead of apologizing and correcting their error, they told me there was nothing they could do because the account had a negative balance due. **Update, spoke with the branch today. The local guy was actually polite and helpful, unlike the jerks at the corporate 800#. Still not a fan of Comerica, but the people at the local branch were at least nice.

  Horrible! How are you going to close on Saturdays when almost everyone works Monday thru Friday and the only day anyone has free is Saturday and Sunday. I can't even believe it! First bank in history to close on weekends and because of that, your customers will probably be history right along with you.

  We are very sorry to see you rate us so poorly based on a decision our corporation made due to low customer volume on Saturdays. We do have other locations close by who are still open on Saturdays. We encourage you to visit us Monday thru Friday to experience our service first-hand. Thank you.

  No good customer service, I came to this branch be cause she speak my language (Persian), I'm waiting for here long time, but she not doing opening my business account, and at first entrance no body answer to me, why? I don't no, this is my first time going to Comerica Bank. I'm sure next time I'm not going again to the this bank forever!
