We put our deposit in the canister and sent it. Then waited for 3 minutes without any response. My husband hit the call button. The teller said she was waiting on someone inside. We waited for three more minutes, then finally hit the call button again and asked for the teller to send our deposit back. The teller didn't apologize, but at least she returned our check. We left. I believe we'll be looking for a new place to bank.

I was able to make the drive thru right before it closed and they weren't rude. I was depositing a check and needed cash back as well. Didn't have to wait too long and I was in a hurry to work. They didn't make me late and even apologized for taking long when they really didn't lol I love comerica ❤️
