  Have a wide selection of stuff. Some expensive and others cheap. You can always find something here and possibly a fan good deal too. From tools to electronics. Toys to stereos abs find to jewelry. They have pretty much ecru you can think of. So in this place if you ever get the chance to. You won't be disappointed when you do.

  Went in looking for a diamond cluster ring,saw one in case had to wait for someone to come and let me see it,the guy looked it over for me and said the diamonds were clear and good me at 75 years old didn't have my glasses so I took his word for it,he told me the price which I thought was high but after a while I went back and purchased the ring for an enormous amount, and when I got it home had it checked out and it is many years old and the diamonds are very bad,scratched and chipped,this place is not very honest in my opinion,once you buy you are stuck with the pieces,not a good honest place! They should offer money back guarantee

  They were very friendly & helpful they had exactly what I was looking for and more.. The owner is an awesome guy very nice. Over all it's a great place to go to make some quick cash by either selling the item u hsve or put it on loan it's gotten way bigger then what it was before.

  I was going to buy a laptop guy told me that model had to stay plugged in I work on computers battery was shot then the same guy said the Xbox I got had a hard drive got it hooked up in my truck no hard drive God bless his heart poor guy don't know nothing

  I walked in there they seem to have a decent selection the older gentleman very friendly and helpful decent selection on guitars and gear nice selection on Firearms as well high on some stuff in the guitar section. For what I can get it Guitar Center for a spider head unit and Line 6 cabinet to go with it about 230 they're asking almost five hundred bucks so they were high on stuff are on the amps and the guitars for what they got they don't have nothing there that's gold in the guitars all in all decent selection I do a little bit more research on price in my guitar items and amps, some of the guns they have are good priced but it's a pawn shop and they wont haggle on the price which is a joke for a pawn shop

  So I took my iPad Pro in a month ago...first of July 2020, had it there for a month, got a loan on it. Brought it in showed it worked, matches up serial numbers then powered it down. The guy gave me my loan amount ($150) and I left. Came in on August 5th, paid the $180 in cash to get it back out...no problems yet. Got in my car and realized it wouldn’t come on after pressing the power button. Screen showed the battery was dead so I took it home and put it on a charge with the cable and block I pawned it with. About 3 hours later I checked it and still no charge. Thinking the usb-c cable went bad...went to a close gas station and bought a new usb-c cord and power block. Came home charged it with new cord and block...had it on there for a couple hours and still no charge. Plugged it into my I-Mac let it sit for about 30 minutes and still no charge. Now frustrated and it being 2am...I put it on the new cord and new power block to hopefully charge and went to bed. Got up this morning around 11am and still no charge. Called Columbus Pawn, spoke to a gentleman there and explained the situation and was basically told it was my problem the “battery was going bad” and “they sit it on a shelf after taking it in”...my question was if I turned it off when I brought it in...why did it go dead if no one touched it while there. Was told the manager had the day off, Mike, and to call back on Friday. I asked him so that’s it? He said “Sure...” I said ok there’s no one else who can help me out? He responded, “Sure...” once again...then said to call back Friday. Not happy at all to get this kinda response from this company.

  Place has gone downhill! Very rude and condescending! Customer service is lousy. Loan you one amount on item then take the same item back a few months later and they lowball you on the value. I guess they dont need the money or do not care about return customers. They're not the only pawn shop/gun shop around and better stop acting like they are! They get one star not because they earned it but because giving them any less was not an option. I do not recommend this business for small loans or any of their I'll gotten merchandise.

  Horrible Place to shop. They offer nothing for your item then mark it up over 4 times what they pay. I understand they need to make money but their crooks. They are way over priced and the new store looks huge but is actually small. I will never so business with them again.
