Art Hopkins2It is almost impossible to get a human being on the phone. The recorded message says they're "experiencing higher than normal volumes" even as their website bar graph says "less busy than usual." The recording also pretty much tells you "don't call us. Use the mobile app instead" as if that covers every situation. When I drive into town, the In-person service is good, though after a long wait, of course.

Jasmine O'Conner5I have literally never had an issue at this location. The credit union is located in a good location (in my opinion), the staff is always friendly and they usually have quick service via the drive-thru.

thiagarajv1Their customer service has gone downhill. My Zelle transaction was put on hold and they ask me some stupid computer generated questions like "Is this street in this city" to verify my identity. How on earth will I know if a street is in a random city that I am not familiar with? I was on the call for 45 min trying to deal with the issue and the attitude of the rep. is terrible showing no remorse to resolve the issue. Have been banking with them for over 10 years and they have pushed me to close the account and the take the business elsewhere.

Jason Lucas1Horrible experience with the drive through at the national road branch 6/12/21. I sat in line a little before noon and as I pull up to the window at noon the teller pulls the blind and says sorry we are closed. A protocol of some sort should be instituted for the situation. Absolutely unacceptable service and has prompted me to look for a new bank to do business with.

Ashton Kelsay1Huge shout out to the teller at the drive through eating finger foods and handling my bank cards and ID. It’s a bank. Not a snack bar. Especially given the health protocols in place to protect the community, extremely poor choice to do this at a service window. (Where also everyone can see you)

Eddy K1The absolute worst. They had an update with their system and told people to do one thing with their bill pay accounts and then charged them double after telling customers to redo all of their accounts. We were told we wouldn’t be reimbursed for their own mistake that they told us to do. I have been a customer there for easily over 10 years and after all of the headaches, unfriendly attitudes, and witnessing slammed doors in people face’s (yes that did happen) for an update that they did, I’m currently looking for a new bank. I wouldn’t give them a star even if I didn’t have to honestly. Worst customer service ever.

Ethan Bailey1This bank is nothing but a pain. Opened an account 2 years ago after moving up here for work, and like a lot of people i was fooled by the convenient locations. I haven't used them for anything since being up here at all. Everytime i want to do something like get a used car loan (With excellent credit) or even just cash a check it seems like there are new hoops to jump through.

Jill Wilkerson1We thought they were offering good rates on a re-fi. We were convinced to lock in. Then their appraiser came back $60,000 less than appraisal done 7 yrs ago before all the major improvements! I asked for a new appraisal, but they have stalled and now here we sit. We know friends that the same thing happened to, as well, so it is not just our home situation. Something is very wrong here.

Rich Wagner1Terrible online access and even worse trying to get a hold of a person on their "customer service" line. On hold for over 30 mins. Been a member for over 30 years - time to find a new bank for sure.
