      ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! Was told everything I wanted to hear to land me as a customer. (Closes in 45-60 days, during covid,etc.) It took over 90 days, everytime I thought all the paperwork was completed on THEIR end, I was told another real quick thing needed to be signed. Then crickets for 2 weeks. Would not answer calls or texts within a timely fashion. Battled this for over 3 months. Every time I asked why it's taking so long I kept getting the same excuses "understaffed, covid19, refinance boom." Even though when I inquired about the loan in APRIL 24th. (during the pandemic) I was told we would close no later than first week of July. My husband and I needed the money back for home renovation and repairs and had to keep pushing back contractors until we LOST THEM. AND HERE WE ARE YET AGAIN AUG 5TH!!! SIGNED THE FINAL DISCLOSURE LAST THURSDAY AND STILL WAITING FOR JOE HOLTCAMP TO SEND IT TO THE TITLE OFFICE TO SIGN. WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE JULY 30TH!! IT TOOK ME STARTING THE LOAN PROCESS AT ANOTHER CREDIT UNION AND GIVING JOE A DEADLINE TO SIGN FINAL DISCLOSURE OR ELSE FOF ME TO GET ANYWHERE WITH THESE PEOPLE. FUNNY H THEY WERE READY TO SIGN THAT DAY. AND YET WE STILL WAIT....... DON'T DO BUSINESS THROUGH COLUMBIA CREDIT UNION!!! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY. VERY UNTIMELY AND CAN NOT FULFILL ANY DEADLINES AS QUOTED OVER THE PHONES.
