  I can not tell you how great Steve Gerstein was at securing my mortgage for me. It was a particularly challenging mortgage to put together for several reasons, but Steve was tenacious and miraculously did it! He was so persistent, so thorough and optimistic throughout our journey to secure this mortgage. He is a man that truly cares about his clients and was genuinely excited to and happy as each step got us to my mortgage. He is an honest, intelligent hard working man. I am blessed to have been put in touch with him. I would not have gotten my mortgage without him.I recommend Steve to everyone. He is the best-really.The whole company was awesome to work with. A great organization. Trustworthy.

  I highly recommend working with Steve Gerstein. My husband and I recently closed on our first home and Steve made the process of obtaining our mortgage loan easy and stress free.   Thomas Russo at Coltrain Funding was extremely helpful in assisting my fiancé and I with getting a mortgage for our home purchase. Every step of the way, he went above and beyond to stay in touch with us, returning our calls or emails promptly whenever we had questions and quickly getting us preapproved and then fully approved for our loan. Everything went smoothly with his help, and he never steered us wrong. Tom is easy to work with, very friendly, helpful and personable. As first time home buyers he made sure that both myself and my fiancé understood the home buying process and felt comfortable and informed and supported throughout the entire process. Having worked and met with many loan officers through the years who are very nice and reputable, we didn't have any shortage of people to recommend. However, our client at the time Mr. Regina, a very successful and honorable person that I highly respected suggested we merely speak with Steven. I am so glad we did. Aside from the array of programs available for various clients that can make your head spin through Coltrain Funding LLC, STEVEN GERSTEIN is amazing. He is professional, tireless, patient, readily available at different times of the day. There's no need to panic or worry if there's something unclear.   We were very happy with the service Tom Russo provided us during the purchase of our home. He, along with his team (especially Maggie), made the process very simple for someone like me who had never been through this process before, and I never felt overwhelmed by the process. They were always professional, courteous, and very quick to respond. We always felt we were in very good and capable hands.   Rick Brown of Coltrain was very knowledgeable about mortgages. He led me through the refinance process with patient and easily understood steps, processes, explanation of documents, and the role of every person taking part in the formal closing of the agreement. I felt confident throughout the entire process of refinance. What I found most valuable was the honesty, respect and friendly guidance given to me throughout my dealings with Rick Brown and Coltrain.
