  I don't like the "cattle chute" lines on paydays, Fridays, or Saturdays. Monday thru Wednesday are better times to do your banking, if it isn't the first or fifteenth of the month. If you are handicapped, do not enter the line. Ask the front desk as you enter for assistance, if you require it. You may wish to bring an aide or family member to accompany you to Bank of America and to guide you to the teller window. The staff is professional and it is a relatively peaceful place. There aren't any cattle. I was attempting to exhibit some semblance of humor. Bring your sense of humor with you; it will be a comfort to you on crowded days.

  I don’t understand why the bank has posted they open at 9am Monday through Friday. I’m here on Tuesday at 915 am and I’m waiting in a line that’s forming and no one is here yet to open. Why do I continue to bank with this company if they can’t respect there customers time? I have no idea. Changes will be made when they actually do open on time.

  Bank dont open till 10am.. you would think they would open earlier to get people in and out faster being that only a few can go in at a time... its a line outside with 17 people waiting for bank to open at 10 and they in there just looking at us, smh

  Staff asks all the details, but they don't do our job. They explain the Bank policies try to skip the customers problem. Notary staff is not friendly. Don't go for Notary.

  BAD Service , ATM machine takes My money and no receipt, money didn’t go to my account, I ask a customer service agent and He said I have to call to a number listed on the ATM because They have nothing to Do with that, unbelievable.

  Horrible the slow tellers do not know what they are doing. There are 2 ATMs and there are 25 people outside in the sun. And there are 3 women who only pass laps. Cashiers work worse than turtles. Pesimo Pesimo service the only friendly is the security that is at the door controlling. Horrible experience the tellers work really slow they don't know what they are even doing. There are two tellers and 25 people outside in the sun. And 3 women just going around in circles. The tellers work worse than turtles. Horrible Horrible service the only one kind is the security guard who is by the door controlling.
