  Dear Natalie, Hi. I really would like to tell you how much I appreciate what you did to help me out of a jam the other day. Saturday February 12th 2022. I wasn't sure on how to set up a bill payer through the Macy's app. You had the patience and kindness to set up the app for me and showed me how to execute the payments on a monthly basis. Once we realized the TFCU payment was made through the checking acct your job was done,but you took the time to help me fix the entire issue. People like you are a rarity. Thank you so much.   They have ATM charges, $8 transfer fees, 6x transfer rule a month. Too many restrictions. Phone Reps cant tell you you're balance for "security" i already gave you all my personal information, like seriously. The customer service is horrible, no personality. They have a lot to learn. Better check out other credit unions to join, plenty on Long Island. IMPORTANT, TALK ABOUT SECURITY, THEIR RECEIPTS HAVE YOUR FULL ACCOUNT NUMBER ON THEM!!!! Who's the genius behind that???

  I love TFCU. They do so many things that just make life easy. Whether it's opening a new account or applying for a loan they make it go quickly and smoothly. I'm a college student so low prices stick out to me. Their credit cards have the lowest interest rates. All the staff are super nice and friendly. I think TFCU is better than any other bank out there.

  Now if you don’t use your checking account for like 4 months or more and you have an overdraft fee they would not let you reeopen the checking account you have to wait 6 months to have your checking account reeopen even if you pay your overdraft fee , I been with tfcu since they open the branch in central Islip and they couldn’t forgive me and reeopen the account I’m soo disappointed . You used to be able to open an account with $1 dollar and they never charge overdraft fee for not using your account now they do . Tfcu Is getting worst. And the manager a woman she’s not help at all , she don’t even come out from her office to talk to the customer she just send the answers with the employees Is not the same tfcu that I used to know ... disappointed

  I’ve been a member here for a few years and I’ve never had a problem. Anytime something was wrong, the employees were nice enough to help fix it and did it right. There was a teller a while ago with earring gages and he was super friendly, congratulated me on my first car, etc. love TFCU.

  I have been a TFCU member now for over 20 years and I couldn't be happier with my bank. I have always had great experiences when I drive up or go in. I have several acounts of cause of the great rates. I also opened joint accounts for my kids and now they are grown and have there own accounts with TFCU too. I am not giving them 5 star because the new tele-automated phone system is not as user friendly as it was previously.

  The drive through ATM Sucks went there at 10pm and my card got stuck inside the ATM and it said on the screen Undefined like that's that's big inconvenience especially with the amount of cash I had on me

  It’s nice that they are free or $1 to open accounts but they will steal your money in fees and other charges when you not paying attention I only use them for saving account and I physically go in to withdraw my money otherwise anything other than that they will slap fees on any purchase you make

  People, be careful with this branch in this exact place. They deposit your money, make a whole mess on your account and the money you deposit ends up lost somewhere wether some of them keep it or who knows where it goes. Also, worst customer service EVER!!
