  I couldn't have asked for a better team of individuals to work with that made sure it all went smoothly. Colorado Mortgage Company got me through the process and kept me updated every step of the way. I definitely recommend them. Colorado Mortgage Company Team made my dream come true of owning my own little ranch in Colorado! This team is amazing and they are truly Rock Stars!

  We were referred to Colorado Mortgage Company and John by a friend of ours. We were selling and purchasing a new home and had a lot of different needs. We'd previously used Quicken for our loan needs but wanted to make sure we were getting the best rates and deal for us. John was amazing at explaining everything to us, giving us a lot of different options and taking care of all the little details. His team is so quick, friendly and professional.   John Haney and his team are AMAZING! We were first time home buyers who were lost and didn't know where to begin. Buying a house is a HUGE deal. John walks you through the process in terms that you can understand. We were going to need co-signers but John was able to get our loan to be just me and my husband. They always answer your questions in a timely manner. We closed on our house on time and we were fully aware of what was happening during the entire loan process. We heard about The Colorado Mortgage Company through my brother in-law and sister in-law. We will absolutely recommend this team to anyone! AWESOME PEOPLE!

  This is my fourth experience taking out a mortgage loan and by far the best one I've ever had. John and his team were extremely professional, organized, and friendly. He took the time to explain the current market and rate trends to me so I could make an informed decision. I would 100% use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance.

  I highly recommend All Colorado Mortgage! We closed on our dream home about two months ago and John made our mortgage process a breeze, despite a share of challenges from our end.
