  We stopped in to see if we could do business with the bank. There is so much about this bank to love. Friendly service, long term employees, small bank feel, and more. If you are looking for a new bank, stop in and check then out especially is you need a commercial account, a commercial loan, or a checking account.

  Have been a long time member of this bank. Absolutely love the vibe every time I come into the bank. They treat their customers right. The gals are always smiling and they even laugh at my horribly bad dad jokes. They make you feel like a friend and not just some number in the banking system.

  April and her team at Bank of the San Juans have old fashioned, excellent customer service. It's so refreshing to know that you can work with an organization that will go the extra mile and work hard to create a personal and unique banking experience.   From the amazing staff, the wonderfully friendly branch manager and the incredible lending department I can't imaging a better place to get all my banking needs accomplished in one convenient and beautiful location. I have used Bank Of The Dan Juans for my own loan as well as referred them to several clients and have had nothing but the most amazing experiences with them. If you are considering a change in banks or looking for a great place to get your next loan you can't find a better option than Bank Of The San Juans!!

  I can not say enough good about The Bank of the San Juans! April, Gloria, & Donna all care so much about their customers and it really shows. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and taken care of. Their customer service is top notch and they are by far my favorite bank in Colorado Springs.

  I can’t find one good thing to say about this bank, first off they have no locations and their “mobile app” if you can even call it that hardly ever works during the night time past 10PM if you need to for any reason at all. Cards have issues you’ll end up waiting in line for 30+ minutes because they don’t have more than 1 teller working at a time. Displeased to say the least...

  I've used BSJ for a construction loan, personal banking, and business banking services. 5 star service everytime. No hesitation recommending them. Small town bank feel with the power of large bank online services.

  I recently opened an account with Bank of the San Juans. I have never been so impressed by a bank. I felt welcomed and every employee I had contact with was friendly and said hello. Even the Bank Manger acknowledged me and offered me something to drink. Very impressed! Thank you Bank of the San Juans!

  Be careful when dealing with the Bank and it’s employees. Although they are courteous when speaking to them don’t believe anything they tell you unless it is put in writing and notarized. They promise you things and then when it comes time to fulfill their end of the agreement, they say it is unfortunate but they can’t. So although you do your part, they fail to do their part. BE WARNED! Get everything in writing.
