  Wow! If you need a mortgage for a new home, or a re-fi, I can't endorse Daniel Shafi at Colorado Lending Group strongly enough. We recently made the decision to re-fi our home due to favorable interest rates. Dan made it so very easy. He is so very responsive, took care of EVERY detail and had us closed earlier than planned with a very favorable financial experience. Oh, and the entire time I was travelling out of state on business travel - I had NO worries due to Dan communicating and handling every detail like the professional he is.

  Daniel made the refinancing process on our home so easy. We had a minor hiccup with an equifax report and he was able to navigate through it with no problem. We were able to upload all of our documents electronically and e-sign all of our documents up until the final signatures. To complete the process, the papers were brought to our house and signed when it was convenient for us. I highly recommend Daniel and his team!

  Daniel was great and very knowledgeable with helping us! This was our first time buying a house and he made it very easy for us, we did have a great offer with USAA which is usually very competitive, but Daniel beat it. The process with him is very quick very nice and he was very patient with us about getting all the information that he needed to get things going. I would highly recommend him to any family or anyone that is looking to get a house or refinance a house.

  Dan recently made our dream come true. I know, I know, that sounds completely corny and it should, but it is spot on. Dan and his team made our mortgage process absolutely stress-free and easy. Our VA loan took one month and three days from when our offer was accepted to the closing table. What Dan was able to do for us with our mortgage has changed our lives. He made possible what I thought was impossible, and he handled my high-strung personality with effortlessness and grace, which is to be highly regarded on its own. I will go back to Dan if I have any future mortgage needs and I highly recommend him to everyone I know that is thinking of obtaining a mortgage.

  What a great experience we had with Daniel and Colorado Lending Group! Our loan was not the easiest to take on. 3 people on the loan; myself with only six months on my new job with a 3 year employment gap, my father with retiree income, and my wife on maternity leave! Before beginning this process we were working with one of the big lending companies in Colorado. The one that advertises with a legendary NFL quarterback. Every time we would correspond with them, they never remembered our names, always seemed confused, and after hearing several negative things about them, we decided to look elsewhere. After doing lots of research we decided to go with Colorado Lending Group, and I'm glad we did. After getting them everything they needed, we received a strong pre-approval, and found a great place in just a few weeks! Daniel did a fantastic job helping us to close on our loan, was very personable, and stepped us throughout the entire process. He did a great job getting our closing costs down, and we are are now in our first home! There is a reason why Daniel and Colorado Lending Group have great reviews. They get the job done, will do everything they can to get you pre-approved, and get you into a new home! Thank you for all your help, expertise, and always known our name! Highly recommended!

  Daniel , with Colorado Lending Group helped my wife and I when we needed to purchase a home. We really didn't want to go to the "Big box Lenders" and felt that we would give Colorado Lending Group a look. Daniel was very kind and professional, but also approachable. A very smooth process.   Very rarely will I do an on-line review. This one is worth the time. I was in need of a cash-out re-fi. I called my credit union and was sent to someone's voicemail. I called Daniel, during the lunch hour, and he answered right away. I explained my situation to him and he answered all my questions and explained all of my options. He immediately got the ball rolling with my loan. We closed in less than a month. Daniel was super-responsive to all emails and calls - lightning fast. Even after closing, he still answered questions I had and took the time to help me after his job was done. Will absolutely use him again if/when the need arises. My credit union finally called back a couple of days later...told them never mind. Highly recommended, will use again if needed and would not hesitate to recommend to family/friends. Thanks Daniel.
