  I've worked with Ross and his team twice now; both for my initial mortgage and for a re-finance. Ross and his team are extremely professional and excellent to work with. Ross put in the extra time at both closings to make sure I was getting the best rates and payments possible. I sincerely thank him for that and would recommend anyone to use his team at Guild Mortgage.

  Trust me, you want to have Ross on your side! Unfortunately, we had a difficult closing with our seller, but Ross was with us every step of the way! He was extremely professional, provided great communication, and helped us navigate what probably should have been a doomed deal. Also, as a CPA I appreciate Ross's attention to detail and his command of all the financial details involving our closing and loan. My wife and I are very happy with our new home and grateful that we had Ross! We don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but if we do we will only use Ross as our lender moving forward!

  Ross is a one in a million lender! Being a first time homeowner and young buyer, Ross made sure that I was constantly in the loop and having my questions answered.
