  I was lucky to get a great loan originator on the first try! I worked with Ross Barrett and he was excellent in every way. Easy to connect with no matter the time of day, prompt, and thorough. I know he had many other clients but even after multiple emails I never felt like "just another client". As a first time home buyer I had a few moments of worry but Ross never hesitated to pick up the phone and make sure I was feeling comfortable enough to continue. We had to close fairly quick but I never felt pressured or ignored. I'll definitely seek Ross when I purchase my second home!

  My first experience with Guild was great! My loan Officer was Andrew Milmoe who has since moved on to a different company! My second was not so great, I was interested in doing a refi with Guild and had some other great competing offers. Karla Kyte bragged over both email and phone about how much she could save me from keeping fees waived if the refi was done in house by guild and about how Quicken was notorious for adding points at high fees. The funny part is the bashing of another company to sell herself is not even true. After exchanging several emails and talking on the phone for a bit she asked the question, "who is your current loan with now?" I had to answer with a slight embarrassment of "it's with you". It's a shame when I am unknown to a company and a rep of the company when I've been making payments to them for about 2 years. She said she could not see anything on me because I did not have a file...which is either a lie or Guild has not empowered their employees to give the best service possible. I was pushed to the back burner by their company and received a rude text from the second loan officer mentioned above...I decided to part ways immediately and go with Quicken Loans. It was a fast and easy experience and my offer was way better than anything Guild could do.

  Second time buying a property, and we are so pleased to work with Guild. This time we had the pleasure to work with Daniel Suk. He was available 24/7 pretty much, and he was very quick to get our stuffs ready for our loan. I would highly recommend them! Thank you!!! :) We are happy customers

  Working with Guild Mortgage is the best! They do in-house underwriting, are professional, easy to work with and always go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. As a realtor/listing agent, I jump for joy when I get offers and Guild Mortgage is the loan originator. Thank you for always closing on time and making my job easier!

  I love working with this branch, and with Pam McGargill specifically. We’ve closed several deals together, and she is the first person I recommend when someone is looking for a reliable and honest lender. By far the best mortgage company I’ve worked with, and I will gladly continue to send business their way.

  Omgoodness!!! I could not have been matched up with a better team! Rebecca, Ali, and Sarena are the best group! I honestly couldn’t be more excited to have work with them!   We were in the process of trying to get approved. We were working with Trevor and he wouldn't get back to us for weeks at a time so we didn't know what we needed and where we stood on getting approved for a loan .I'm highly disappointed and frustrated. 3 times it has been proven he is unreliable. We had to sign another lease and got set back on getting a house because of this
