      I was looking for a new car loan. I dropped in to this branch to check rates. The employees there were very friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make that personal connection to see how my day was going, what is up for the weekend, etc. They didn't have to do this, but that extra personal step is very nice this day and age. Thank you again to the employees at the Asbury branch. I will consider you guys for the loan when it comes time.

      The employees are always so friendly and welcoming with a smile. This is the first bank I have ever enjoyed going inside and saying hello. They know how to make you feel like family!

      The staff at my credit union Collins in Asbury are absolutely the best! From the very first day they have called me by my first name Bobby and greet me with a smile right when I walk in the door..It make my day , even when I'm paying bills lol! I couldn't be happier unless u were giving out free money :)

      We are extremely happy with Collins Community Credit Union. They are professional, and personalable. Jessy Williams was on top of everything and communoicated very well. We recommend using Collins for your mortgage and other banking needs. Vicki Konicek is also very friendly and personable. In fact everyone treats you nice and it is rare to find that environment now adays.

      Small town credit union. They know your name when you walk in and take care of anything you need. Cannot recommend this location enough. Hope they add a drive thru soon!

      They only post one 800 number to contact all sites. Number goes to a phone tree. There is NO response at any of the six options offered. Doesn't even ring. Now I have to drive ALL the way to the other side of town to speak to anyone about a simple matter that could easily have been taken care of over the phone.

      Stay away these people a crooks and thrives. Those are the two traits you do not want in a lender or credit union. The handle you money and loans and steal the whole way. They are not helpful and they behave as if they are owed everything. The will ruin your life for 300 dollars and spit in your face while doing so.
