  Emily Kohl was a life saver! She literally lifted a weight off of my shoulders due to my wallet/card being stolen and everything else in between. Would highly recommend asking for her if you need help disputing transactions. But everyone at this branch is amazing. Great experience and such a comfort knowing I have these people on my side!

  The branch of Collins Community Credit Union in Price Chopper on Merle Haye is fortunate to employee Emily Kohl, presently Assistant Manager.From the beginning of our interaction with her (as well as other employees), she has taken extra steps to make certain not only that we are taken care of, but that we understand the processes involved. I had a stroke at a young age, and have short term memory deficits. She assures me it's not an issue if she needs to repeat anything. She is competent, professional, and in addition to that, a kind and friendly employee. I can't say enough about how vital she is in our choice to stay with Collins as our financial institution. Thank you!

  I had a loan with Collins for a car that was recently a total loss. Michael helped me get through the process of making sure I received refunds for GAP insurance and the warranty I had purchased. I had a great experience with him and Collins the first time so I did another loan! Collins is a great Credit Union with people who care.

  Collins community Credit Union has helped us several times, with loans on vehicles, and refinancing the house! We have delt with Michael Rettig-Garcia every time!   Definitely recommend Collins to anyone. I wanted to lower my car payment and interest rate and Michael was able to save me almost $200 a month and 3% on my interest rate by switching my car loan to Collins. Friendly staff that goes the extra mile for you.

  I just want to say how great Michael is. He worked very hard to help me with my situation to make it work. He didn’t just give up after the first no and looked at different ways to make things work out for me, showed me what options I had and what would work best for me. So if you’re looking for a bank that’s going to work with you and take great care of you then go to the Collins on Merle Hay.

  Great staff and very knowledgeable. They always jump through hoops to help me when something happens. They helped me with my loans and after issues with my original bank I have switched to Collins and never regretted the choice. Thank you for always taking care of me.
