  Now for my final act... I spent my lunch break running errands and my stop at this Wells Fargo was one of the most important as I needed to make a cash deposit before vacation. Dino was superb and efficient. Somehow this guy takes care of the entire drive-thru at once. Like, literally has a single headset on and helps the entire drive-thru out. I've seen it not only today, but a week ago when I picked up my Euros. He deserves a raise. We also fit in a quick chat about how it's my last day on the Social Care team and how I work the Google reviews for Wells Fargo branches. He asked where I was going next and got my cash deposit done with a smile. Thanks, Dino H. (teller, reports to Pauline D). You are what makes this company shine and stand out above the rest!

  This is a beautiful bank that you might miss, as it's tucked away off the main road. I had an appointment, and Brian met us in the lobby and was very helpful. This location has two drive up ATM's plus a USPS collection box. This makes things very convenient if you're in the Beaverdale area.

  I really like this specific branch location. No matter where we move to, we will always use this branch. The bankers and tellers make it easy for us for whatever we need to get accomplished at the bank. Everyone working at this location is understanding and friendly too

  Went to get a cashiers check like I have every other month. I was told to go inside couldn’t use drive through which I was for warned about however once inside my money was counter and re counted 3 times. Even when confirmed multiple times. A bank is supposed to save you time not waste it. Manager “Brenda” was very un helpful in her responses when I asked her why this was going on.

  I wish it have 0 star I could give 0 star here not the best I have ever seen their care their clients we have been waiting over 45 min if they don’t want to help no appointment they should tell us so we not wasting our time but this time they ask us to sit at their office after someone who have a appointment come she said us to wait and do for them first if you guy don’t want to do no appointment don’t do it don’t waste people time every body don’t have time too everybody have their own work too don’t think you guys only have job never come back again

  Not the best bankers here. Most of them don’t even know what the hack is going on 95% of the time. I recommend go to a different branch with more expertise. These guys are still in trainee.

  This bank experience has been one of the best I have ever experienced. The bank manager came over to introduce himself to my husband and I and remembered me the next time I came in. Juan, our banker, was extremely sweet and helpful. Plus the coffee is good!!

  I was at the Wells Fargo today at approximately 11:30 am it was the location across the street from Valley West Mall. I was appalled to see the filthy vents located above the cashiers heads! Not only for the safety of the busy staff that was working but also the customers who had to stand under them.

  Last week Jeramy Bethards, Manager and Brian Glanz, Banker helped me fix a transposed number in a transaction. The deposit was cancelled and the money returned to my account in just three days. Huge sigh of relief. THANK YOU BRIAN AND JERAMY!!!
