Jordan Plachter1It is nearly impossible to communicate. They don’t provide any balance information on any billing. They never sent first bill had to inquire from dealer and then call finance co. To settle and strighten out. And I had to make a first payment before I ever received my tractor from the dealer…. Nobody cared. My advice, don’t do business with these people! You will regret it.

Jim Bradshaw1Terrible and rude bought a tractor financed by DLL Never received a bill I was getting worried so I called the cust service rep was very rude says its my fault and I knew I was supposed to pay by the 10th (its the 7th) told me people like me that dont pay there bills get late fees and this is all my fault and then hangs up on me. I was calling to find out about why I didnt get a bill and I would pay by phone. Now I have been on hold for 2 hours new person answered the phone 180deg the other way no problem everything is fine. The fist person I talked to straight from hell. Thinking about refinancing with my bank just to avoid any further contact with these people I dont need any other problems in my life.

Marie Arnst1If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is very unprofessional. They made a HUGE error and withdrew over $10,000.00 from my checking account that was NOT AUTHORIZED. It was over the weekend so my debit card and bank account were frozen until Monday. Naturally, they don't have a 24/7 or weekend call center so I had to wait until Monday to call them. I called right away at 8am and sat on hold for an hour and half (red flag) finally connected with someone, was put back on hold (2nd red flag), and then was told I needed to prove that this unauthorized withdrawal took place in an email, no apology, nothing. As furious as I was, I complied, and heard nothing back for 4 HOURS. I probably wouldn't have heard anything if I didn't call back and sat on hold once again for over an hour, just to be told that it would take 2-5 days or up to 15 DAYS to get MY MONEY back into my account, even when they admitted that it was their error in the first place and it was wrongfully taken from my account! At this point I was livid, thankfully my bank pulled through and rejected the transaction and helped me out, but I was appalled by the lack of support from DLL Finance...they made me do all the leg work for something that wasn't even my fault! They essentially stole my money and all I got was "sorry about that". Are you kidding me??? This was not a small withdrawal error, this was TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS taken! I told them I don't have the funds to wait for at least 2-5 days or more for a return of my own money I didn't authorize in the first place, and I was given no sympathy or appropriate apology, nothing. Disappointed is an understatement, frustrated beyond belief...The scariest part was this money taken wasn't even applied to my own loan we have with them...I have no idea where that money went towards...it's sickening. I 100% do not recommend these people, just terrible.

lee jas3After, a few months they where able to fix the issue! Randy called me today, and it was fixed. Thank you Randy! They drop your auto payment, than charge you late fees, no communication, hit your credit with everything they can, unprofessional, they lie, can not talk to a supervisor, and more. Not good people to do business with.

Richard Elbe1Don Kasbohm literally described what took place over the past 2 years with this company. Going for new piece of farm equipment. Was on sale, good trade in agreed on the existing piece of equipment with high incentive discount and etc. All together cut the price $25% give or take. But, even though the credit was good.. monthly income was excellent. There was one item they had a "rule" about and that rule said two years had to pass. So we waited 2 years. 2 weeks ago we contact them, doubled checked what was told to us, the dealer and the equipment maker who was assisting. And after waiting 2 years..doing exactly what they said. We applied again..that took almost 5 years due to new software. But that software took 45 seconds to reject. So the dealer called up to ask wtheck?? Our credit was better now by far.. monthly income doubled, a co-signer was added at their request..and that due to the trade in offer was reduced by half for some reason. What do that say...Well that rule was actually 4 years.. so we wasted about $200 in fuel and trailer rental to go to the dealer with our trade equipment. All for nothing. This was unacceptable. I called DLL,, the denied ever saying the things they did about the 2 year rule,, then talking to the last week..demanded names of who I talked too.. I offered cell phone records to cross check with theirs, so that I suppose shocked them, because the rude jerk I spoke with refused to accept them. Especially when I said DLL had called me and he said company policy and the legal system prevents them from doing that. We had witnesses to what was said via myself and the dealer who was listening and make most of the calls. We even offered to pay 4 times the monthly payment so it would be paid off in less than two years. And the jerks laughed and accused me of yelling and screaming..due to my raspy voice. This is one company that appears to have a monopoly on farm equipment, know this and when someone calls them on their ways with proof. They chose to insult and degrade the customer. They are truly worthless.

Paul Reha1Horrible financial institution. I get a monthly invoice with absolutely no information on it other than the contract number and amount due I have no idea how much money I owe this company. Recently I made a human error and accidentally transferred too much money out of my account DLL tried to put the payment through and it was rejected, I was immediately notified by my bank and transferred the money back in there believing that DLL would put it through again. Come to find out they will only put it through once, and once that it is returned you automatically get a $30 fee and then because they “dont have an account on file” they wanted to charge me an additional $10 for check by phone. I am working toward getting my loan away from them!!!

John Smith1Shady company, have equipment financed with them. When I called for payoff they gave me an amount $1800 higher than what was on my tax statement. When I asked they insisted this was my payoff. Only when I pressed did they finally concede that the additional money was for there required insurance policy, to pay it off as well. I told them I was not paying that policy for the remaining years on the loan I was only paying off the tractor. I can add the tractor to my homeowners for $27 a month. $27x12mo.=$324 x3 yrs. = $972 ??? Sounds like a scam to me.

Dom Burns1Terrible. We had a financed tractor with AgriCredit, DLL either bought them or bought the loan. We have been paying at least a month in advance since we took the loan out. We get a bill for $40 "late payment" whne we called the worker insisted we made a late payment, when pressed she claimed it was November 2018, we got the late payment fee in June 2019. We pulled up our bank statements and saw that the check for November was cashed by DLL in early October (due November 15th) but she still insisted we had been late and owed the $40. We have paid off the loan, and will never do business with DLL Finance.

unclegj5People who tend to put down others ( haters ) are less likely to have the credit needed to purchase even a bicycle, I have financed with this company for the last 6 years and have had no issues, of course I pay my bills and when I need something again I don't have a problem getting it. Do us all a favor pay your bills on time and stop hating!! Be happy

Don Kasbohm1Don't waste your time trying to finance any equipment through this outfit unless you have better credit than Jesus Christ himself. They will treat you like a child molester! Kubota appears to be the only ones actually interested in moving product off of their dealers lots right now. I would rate these a-holes ZERO stars if they would let me!
