  Colin was by far the best decision my fiancé and I made when purchasing a home. He made the entire process a thousand times easier.   Colin is above all a truly breath of fresh of air. He worked diligently with us and made the experience as carefree as possible, Especially since we bought our house right at the start of the pandemic where the rules were changing hourly! he stayed the course and made the whole process seamless!   Colin is great to work with! He is very professional, easy to communicate with and very prompt. Even through a holiday weekend we were able to work on our loan and contact him. He is knowledgeable and we definitely recommend working with him. Colin has actually helped us through two separate home loans, several years apart and we will go to him again when needed, in the future.

Closing agent said best rate she has seen with very low closing costs. She said we did very well. Colin is highly recommended.
