  Stoped in at the us bank branch inside Meijer grocery store in rolling Meadows il to inquire about doing a stop payment I was greeted by a very rude customer service rep who wears glasses he told me it was a 35 dollor fee I asked him did they have a waiver I could use to cover the cost he got very angry and called in back for the branch manager who came out from back and told me if you want to to call call us bank customer service he said the word about I took the high road I didn't use any curse words the branch manager name is Chris floreani he's a very rude guy not professional at all I noticed most of the customer service rep in the Meijer branch has very bad attitudes that's not good I wouldn't recommend this branch if you want good servie

  Ask for cash withdraw the so called manager said they didn’t have ANY cash thumbs down waist of time!
