  When my husband and I wanted to buy our first home we where recommended to talk with Mike, since the first time we talked Mike answered all our questions and made the whole process go super smooth. The second time we had the pleasure to work with Mike he helped my mom refinance her home, same situation from start to finish the process went fast and everything was so easy with Mikes help, he truly guides you every step of the way and is always available to answer your questions.   Michael was incredible to work with. This was my first time buying a house with my husband. My husband and I had LOTS of questions. There were times where we called 3 times in one day...   Mike was outstanding in helping us secure a great rate, walking us through mortgage process, and always making himself available for questions/etc we may have had a long the way. He got us loan approved in what seemed like no time at all and he made everything go smoothly in our new home buying process.   My wife and I used Town & Country Mortgage Services for our original purchase loan and since then for a few refinances. I can't begin to explain how great our experience was with Town & Country Mortgage Services and with our loan officer Michael Blackhall. Five stars is not enough. Not only did Mike insure that our loan process went quickly and smoothly, but the amount of personal attention he gave us when it mattered most to us was unprecedented. I've never quite met anyone like Mike — not only in the mortgage industry — but in any service industry. A true gem. From the first conversation on, Mike was extremely upfront and honest about all aspects related to the loan process and what we could expect with our particular loan. I was assured by Mike that he would be tracking our loan from start to finish and was impressed with how we were kept updated and responded to in a speedy fashion. He kept that promise. You can immediately tell that Mike is passionate about his work, that he is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Best of all, he's honest and is a man of integrity.

  Very happy with Mike and his services in navigating us through our mortgage needs. It took us a total of 4 homes to finally make it happen(non of which were our fault) and the first 2 we used another lender. Mike was nice enough to consult me on those even though he was not getting our business!! Needless to say, once the 2nd fell through I contacted Mike and gave him the much deserved opportunity. Mike made it very easy to understand all options we had and helped to determine what would work best for us. He made himself readily available and responded to my constant questions promptly. Most importantly, he is a very genuine and honest guy who made us comfortable and at ease through the tedious process.
