  Jan Lambert is so capable, calm and helpful. Even though she knew I wasn't ready to purchase right away, she continued to educate me in the last year, including an in-office tutorial on all the paperwork involved. SO grateful for that because buying property is intimidating. Knowing each step better made it seem more possible. Jan has also gone above and beyond, giving me advice on local networking opportunities (I'm new to Chattanooga). She gets it: when I feel more connected here, I'm more prepared to hit the "buy" button. Kind and knowledgeable, I'd suggest Jan to just about anyone trying to make heads or tails out of a fast-moving market...and maybe need a little hand-holding sometimes!

  It's ALL very good if you use Robert Backer as your real estate agent!!!! :) He's Honest, Detailed, Professional, very Knowledgeable, and very good person to work with, in general. My wife and I used Robert to sell our 1st house AND purchase a new house a year later. If we ever decide to buy or sell in the area, Robert will be the one I use! I wish ALL sales people were like and as good as Robert and there'd be a lot less problems in this old world!

  Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty agent’s typically have great customer service, are well trained and most are licensed to sell real estate in Tennessee and Georgia, which is convenient since NW Georgia is right across the border.

  Peggy Pryor went above and beyond to sell my house. She was a joy to deal with and incredibly organized. Sold the house within ten days, closed in 45 days, and i got more then i was asking for it. I would give her more stars but 5 is all it will allow me to do.
