  Extremely nice people, but the person we used caused us to approved, but not for the loan we were looking for ,due to either inexperience, or just plain carelessness. Handled Extremely poorly! When you instruct someone to go a certain route and then come back days later and say we can't offer you the loan you need due to their guidance, that's called being unprofessional! Not happy with this company, and certainly don't recommend. Be careful who you talk to and get a second opinion before following their advice and it not only costing you the loan you want and need, but costing you money out of your own pocket.

  Recommended by my realtor and the whole MIG office was fantastic. I was able to sign everything online, I got a great rate, and they were always super responsive to my questions. Highly recommend!

  Going into this process, we knew that it was going to be stressful (buying a house...and all that paperwork!!!) and that it could take weeks on end before we could get anything done, and that house buying season was bumping up, so we would never get responses...HOWEVER, that is NOTHING like what we experienced. From the initial conversation with Madison and Mary to the final steps of our loan...those ladies were amazing!!!! If i ever had a question, Madison was so quick to respond, and reassure us each step of the way!!! From start to finish, it was less that 3 weeks...that is INSANE! We have done this before, and NEVER had this experience! They were such a pleasure and very knowledgeable on everything! I will make sure to recommend them to all of our friends, and if we ever decide to move again, we will DEFINITELY be asking for Mary and Madison!!! PS the videos were awesome! Extremely informative as well as a cute little break to the monotony of a loan process! Thanks MIG!

  I used Terre Webb here for a pre approval for a mortgage and she was very good at getting it done. She was very professional and easy to work with. I wold recommend her to do business with.

  They had the best rate, but that was about it. They kept telling us they'd service our loan, but we didn't even get to make one payment before they sold it to a big bank. They kept asking us for exactly the same info over and over again, even after I sent them their own email confirmation saying they received said documents. Now that they've sold our mortgage, they won't stop sending us junk mail trying to sell us more products. I may have spent a few more dollars per month, but after this experience I'm starting to think I should've gone with one of the regional banks.

  First of all, I am sorry for your bad experience. I am also very sorry for just responding. We didn't receive notification and that is our fault. We do not share your private information with anyone. When you record a new deed that is public record and that means you receive a lot of unwanted solicitations. Again, we apologize!
