  We had an exceptional experience with Southwest Funding, due mainly to the commitment and knowledge of Rick Wamsley. Our need was for quick turnaround financing to accommodate a short time to move out of our sold home and into the new home we had purchased. Rick said he we do everything possible to make it happen and he did just that. When things turned a bit sideways Rick was able to get them back on track with good communication, accurate & sound advice and no doubt some extended hours. We highly recommend Rick & Southwest Funding to anyone needing home financing. He is friendly, professional, and transparent. Can't get any better

From the very beginning I was convinced that Rick was totally looking out for my interests. He made clear the requirements of the prospective loan products but without a doubt he did all he could do to get the very best value for me in my specific situation. He even advised specifically on ways to remedy the credit blip and did not push for quick action. He is friendly, professional, and transparent. Can't get any better

  Rick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in handling our home loan with less than stellar credit. He walked us through all the processes with efficiency and tact. We didn't make it easy on him but he never gave up on us. Coming from another state and not having a home base brought on challenges that he overcame with ease.
