  I used to enjoy being a member at this Credit union. Online banking has been down for quite some time. In a conversation about my account, I was advised that there is a charge to tell me if my balance. That's a new change. I hope members enjoy that new "feature". I will say that every time I visit the Shadow Lake location, I do receive great service. I'm seeking a new credit union because of my overall disappointment with Cobalt.

  Very disappointed at the service I received from this branch. I came in on 05/02/2022 to request a charge dispute and order a new card. The teller told me he would not initiate the dispute until I tried contacting the merchant. I asked if I could at least get a new card ordered and he told me that he did. It is now 05/13 and I called their video teller service and found out that card was never ordered. So now it will most likely be a full month before I have a debit card. Just cannot believe how downhill Cobalt has gone since they were SAC Their phone app/video teller service was a positive experience. If you need assistance do not even bother coming to this location it will be a waste of time.

  Cobalt as a whole has become disappointing! Their online banking hasn't worked in over a month and now their automated phone line is not working as well!! Very frustrating to not be able to check my balances etc..

  It's been a few days since I was at the Papillion branch, did get great personal customer service but trying to get some help or information over the phone, has been unsatisfactory....a decision changer on sctually opening an account.

  I had a very bad experience with that branch and hope it will never happen to anyone. A cashier name Bryan very rude and unprofessional need to send back to get more training. Thanks.

  Have never had a problem banking here. They are always friendly and helpful. Been here 20 years!

  Incompetent doesn't even begin to explain it!! Avoid this credit union, they're absolutely clueless and they authorize fraudulent deductions from your account even after you report it!

  Worst bank ever. Never have had a fraud case on my account except they keep limiting my account until it can "learn my spending ways". Let me ask you this...... How is it supposed to "learn my spending ways" if I can't spend money.

  Love this branch! Ashley the branch manager is an amazing individual to work with on accounts. I love all the social distancing procedures that they have put into place. I feel safe stepping into the branch.
