  I visited an atm on sat to deposit cash into my account. The atm had an error and showed I didn’t deposit it. I visited my local branch and talked to Beth and she said we have to wait to have the atm balanced to show they are over. I was worried about my rent being bounced but she said the overdraft would take care of that and the fee would be credited. She called me tue and advised me the money was deposited and overdraft fee was taken off. I appreciate the customer service and the fee removed. Thanks to Beth for helping me on a sat morning 😊

  I’ve nerver felt so discriminated in a bank like I did at this place. I went in because I lost my debt card so I called to get it cancel. Since I already called to get it cancel they had me go to to a banker. The banker name is JIM . Can’t remember his last name but i’ve Nerver been ask about the legal status in the U.S from a bank. Not satisfied with the answer he asked ?are you going to get your Fix your legal status? I look at him with an upset face. Later he states just for curiosity! Really his job wasn’t to interrogate me with personal questions.. later after this I don’t know if I want to be with First National bank anymore.

  Worst experience ever on this branch!!! Stay away as they are not willing to help. Their drive through service is terrible! By the way, don’t even waste your time asking for a supervisor. I just did and he provided no resolution whatsoever.

  Great place to go. Came in and had questions over accounts, they took their time to explain everything there is to know and they also set me up to a savings. People are really nice and friendly at this establishment. I recommend this place

  Just whent to this bank yesterday. I was waitin for the bank to open to make a deposit. There were three other vehicles there waiting as well but the people in the bank called the cops on me claiming I looked suspicious. The only difference between myself and the other people is my skin color. Im Hispanic they are whites. I may be wrong but I call that racial profiling. I was there waiting for the bank to open just like the other people but I was the only one who looked suspicious???? Never going back to this bank again.
