  Man I’m working 7 days a week 12 hrs a day and I literally don’t have time to do anything. I came in at 658pm and the 2 young ladies where able to cash my check. Really helped me out a bunch . Thankyou Shelby and Jenny

  I wish I could leave no stars if I can because this location really sucks, if you get there when is NO people is good but cashiers are SO slow if they are with a customer. I was there on April 25, 2018. I was standing for about 20 minutes and the 2 cashiers have a customer each, they spent those 20 minutes just talking like they were in the park. I thought to bring them some sodas and a chair... looks like if you have a problem and you want to share it with someone, this branch is the perfect place to have a really long talk. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH or good luck ! If you have to wait, bring a chair so you don't get tired to wait.

  This particular location is just a pain. I called because I needed petty cash for my business, however they said because I don't have a business account I can't get petty cash. SORRY that I was being honest! It shouldn't matter if I have a business account with them or not, I have a personal account. Earlier in the year I was thinking about changing my business to them, but after this not any more I'll stick with Great Western. I'll also be shopping banks, to see where to move my personal banking to since they obviously don't want my business.

  If I could give a zero I would. Went to cash a check someone had written me today 5/13/18. Was told there’s a 7.00 fee since I don’t have an account with us bank. When I said that it’s ridiculous to charge that much, the women who was working responded by telling me to go to my own bank. Wow! So completely unprofessional and not only that the gentleman who had nothing to do with the transaction had to chime in as well. I will go to my own bank and tell anyone I know not to bank with this unprofessional institution.

  Great people knowledgeable and helpful. Matt (The Manager)works very hard to make sure customer service is top priority. Always had great a experience. Can be busy at times and people need to learn patience.

  Charge 36 dollars for going negative $6.32. Keeping the poor poor and stealing money where you can. This place is a poor excuse for a bank and all they want is to take peoples money.

  The Manager and his assistant didn’t want to spend time to open a Checking Account for us. Thank you. We will go to another bank!

  It's a grocery store branch, so the wait is long. Everyone that works there is super friendly and very knowledgeable.
