  Valerie Elizalde that was transferred from Greenwood branch was probably be out to Saratoga cause she knows how to run the bank pretty much. She very professional and courteous with that smile of hers. Always there to answer any question with a timely response never would leave a customer on hold very down to earth.

  I have been a member of this credit union for 20 plus years and have not had any problems.alot of my banking transactions are taken care of by the call center.the ladies that answer the phone are very professional and prompt at taking care of my business needs. Norma, Michelle, kimberly, Brittany,Lisa and April. Thank You for allowing me to have trust in people with financial needs.

  It's always nice to walk into the Saratoga branch and be greeted by friendly people! Covid - 19, changed the way business is conducted. I was struck by the employees always having the same demeanor. They are always pleasant, kind, cordial. Thank you all for your service to our community!

  Have been a member for 35 and recently can’t make any transactions without a 7 day hold. Worthless next stop a credit union who remembers family.

  Sierra was such a great big help, helped my husband and I get a loan to consolidate all my payments to only have one payment. The process was easy and fast. I totally recommend go with Sierra!!

  I do business with the Alice branch & the lady's there always are very friendly ... The one that usually helps me is Christina & I like going with her because she always has a smile on her face & a very positive attitude she is very friendly ,but professional as well....

  1 star is way beyond the service, not a fan of leaving reviews but for my first time walking into this place I definitely would never even consider having an account here. If you don’t like your job then look for something else. Walked in both tellers looked at each other looked at me neither said anything until one said “IT DOESN’T MATTER” with banking experience this is definitely not the way to do it. Was so uncomfortable the whole 15 minutes this teller took to cash 1 check! Might just be this location but definitely not looking forward to ever stepping into this location ever again.

  I have been with Coast Life since it was a teacher's credit union. The ladies at our local branch are always so friendly & helpful. I have had nothing but good experiences here🙂

  This is the worst bank/credit union I have ever seen. Customer service is beyond incompetent. I have been trying to get online access to my accounts. I have been to the branch on Trojan Drive in Corpus Christi twice. Each time I had to wait almost half an hour will the customer service reps sat in their offices without a customer. Neither time were they able to correctly set up my account for online access. I have called the phone helpline several times and still no resolution. The first time the tech support person said she would transfer me to an advanced tech but then their phone extension said they were out of the office for the rest of the week. WFT? The second time, they said they needed to reset my password and would call me with the new temporary password...they never called! Why can't this be done online like every other website? Today I have called them back 4 times over the last 3 hours. Each time after being on hold for a while, I get a message that they are "experiencing unexpected call volume and cannot help me now." THIS PLACE OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Unfortunately, I am a new treasurer for an organization that has had its accounts with this credit union for some time. So, I am stuck with them for now. I will do everything in my power to get the authorization to change banks. Run, don't walk, away from this place!
