  As a mortgage professional, I've dealt with many title companies and Coastal is one of THE BEST! I've been working with them for over 5 years now and they are super friendly, professional, and efficient. I always receive my title work within 2 days of ordering it, and the paralegals are super helpful with answering any questions. I would highly recommend Coastal Title! They are a pleasure to work with and provide a smooth transaction from start to finish. I could not be happier with this amazing team... Kristen has always handled my accounts and goes above and beyond to make sure my clients are always happy. I would trust Ruth handling any and all of my closings.   Ive used many title companies over the years. I've never experienced anyone as good as Coast Title. Kevin has a great team of professionals, who are detailed oriented and get things done. They go above and beyond. Kim was integral in making this closing work !

  Absolutely horrible title company. Please be aware if you are buying a home cash that they may never record your deeds! I have had several bad experiences with this title agency that not once but twice my deeds were never recorded. The first time they told me that the pile my file was in was accidentally dropped "lost" in the parking lot while it was on it's way to the county clerks office. How unprofessional the lack of care with my important documents! The only reason they were recorded a year later was because I noticed I still wasn't showing up as owner therefore I stayed on top of them daily until it was properly recorded. Long story short, due to the time gap they had to reach out to the seller to request them to resign the deed before being able to submit for recording to county clerk, luckily they were able to reach the seller. If not, there would be major issues as the county wouldn't be able to record the deed. Therefore, I wasn't an official owner of my house until a year later after closing when the deed was finally recorded. Someone really has to file a compliant against this agency regarding their unethical practice. I am just writing this review now to keep my identity hidden. This title company is the most disorganized and dysfunctional office I have ever encountered. Please look elsewhere and stay away from them because you will regret it!
