  Amazing branch where everyone is very helpful and beyond professional. Everyone is always smiling, treat you with so much respect especially the branch manager Aziz,she is very respectful, helpful and professional, she always goes out of her way to help on few issues I had. She is an asset to your institution. She is simply phenomenal,will always go back and refer my family and friends because of her.

  Worst service I have ever received at a Santander. Carmen is legitimately one of the unfriendliest managers I’ve ever met. She would rather throw a tantrum like a petulant child and assert her dominance as manager instead of providing assistance. I will never do business at this branch ever again and I will warn others as well.

  The manager here is a racist individual. This woman demanded I leave the premises because she disagreed with me on a statement. She wouldn't even let me check my account after I stopped speaking to her and another employee was helping me. The worst branch of this bank I have ever been to! If you're African American expect to be watched and treated like a criminal.

  I went here to cash an lousy $3 rebate check and after well over five minutes of assisting me the teller says to me we can't cash this you don't have an account with us all because I forgot to write my acoount number on the back of the check. Granted I understood but don't go say your don't have an acoount with us when clearly he wasn't sur I did or not and the way I know that is I infact have not one but accounts with them. I was on my way to work so I had no more time to explain that I had an account and all the annoying part is that he took so long to come out and say we cant cash this, Santander is getting to be very incontinent with the chages they been making. Seriously considering switching to TD bank

  A small branch that has horrible service all around. Everyone I interacted with had an attitude. I witnessed the manager treat a customer poorly and left midway through it. The Howell branch will become the one I frequent now.

  I don't often leave reviews but after seeing how this manager treats customers I had to. An experience so bad I'm considering swapping banks. Santander must be a bad company to hire a manager that treats customers so poorly.

  Although it's a perfectly adequate branch bank in some ways, two times they didn't return my driver's license when I cashed a check and then insisted I hadn't left it there. Both times I got it back WEEKS later in the mail from the branch. No note, just the license in an envelope - not even enclosed in a piece of paper. Go to the Park Avenue branch - the staff there are lovely and conscientious.

  I went there to open a new account and a safe. Nobody greeted me. There were four cashiers playing on their cell with no customer in sight. I waited about 20 minutes and was told that someone will be with me in few minutes. Another 20 minutes passed, I was informed someone would be with me in few minutes. For almost one hour, there was no customer in the lobby, still, nobody ever asked me what do i need. When I started fuzzing, one guy came forward to ask what service I need. Then he told me that they dont have safe deposit box available. This was so ridiculous. I have waited almost an hour for nothing coz nobody there cares! I definitely would never ever go back!

  horrible service completely rude when i walked in. A simple request and the two ladies were the worst/ hopefully the Howell Branch will open soon.
