  Always an amazing experience, staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I prefer this TD out of all of them. They are always nice even when busy and do not rush me to get out the door.

  Let me start by saying all of the employees are extremely accommodating and fantastic everytime I come here. I have no issue with the customer service. The two star review is because the ATM is ALWAYS DOWN every time I visit this location. If TD wants to charge me a surcharge to take out from other ATMs, then make sure the ones at the bank work! If the bank was not open, I would not be able to access my own money without a surcharge.

  Although it goes "most convenient" The most inconvenient part is when employee of said establishment tells you" You can not remove 5000$ from your business account." Okay,No problem....... 3000$ of my families hard earned money in my hand right now please.I will settle maybe I ll call ahead next time.No big deal.STILL I GET NOTHING Oh wait your a bank and your hours clearly state drive thru open 8am WHY OPEN AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

  Front counter welcome was nice and very professional, attentive. Asked for a business person to help with a business account. We sat down for a minute, when i saw the business person come out, make eye contact, no hello or anything, sit down at her desk. The she got back up came up and said "hi, what do you need?". Really? A brand new branch and cant employ people with respectful and professional manners? "What do you need"? Not to mention she couldnt do what my original branch does in 2 minutes and appauled by her attitute even towards the ask, i simply picked up my id and walked out. She did not apologize for not being able to help, or even said good bye. Consequences of xtremely poor customer service.

  Best td I have ever been too. Everyone was nice and friendly. They are dog friendly and very modern. Very impressed!

  There is no time I can make it to this bank to get a new debit card I'm now stuck without cash till next Saturday at which point I'll be closing my accounts and searching for a more convenient bank
