  I just closed my 4th deal with Coastal Point Properties. Accepted offer at 98% of asking price in 2 days! Sofia is a Cape Cod native with tremendous local knowledge and a wide network. She has a professional and dedicated team. If you are looking for an agent to represent your best interest, whether you're buying or selling, you need to talk to Sofia.   Sofia was an excellent realtor who worked very hard to find us the perfect first house. If you want someone who will work to get you everything on your "must have" list then look no further.   Sofia is amazing! We came up from NJ to look at a house she has listed. It wasn’t the house for us but she bent over backwards to help us find our little piece of paradise on the Cape. She went above and beyond for us because we lived 4 hours away and got us closed so quickly! She’s wonderful and I would highly recommend using her!

  I can’t say enough great things about Sofia and her team at Coastal Point Properties! Milena Cirovic and Brittany Lopes are amazing to work with too! They always have their clients best interest in mind. As a lender, I work with a variety of agents, and this crew is top notch! ALWAYS available for their clients questions and needs! Home buying can be a stressful and emotional experience, and each of these women are hardworking and dedicated professionals who give a WOW experience all the way through.
