  Bought a jeep through this bank. Couldn't get into the bank to set up auto withdrawal because bank doors locked down, had to pay $15 every payment for automated phone payment. Once deadbolts came off the door, finally set up direct withdrawal. First scheduled payment never came out. Went back in, thought it was squared away, then two jeep payments came out within a week. I called to get that issue resolved, I was told made a voluntary double payment. I asked for the payment back and I wanted interest on the money they borrowed from me. Declined. Best thing she offered was a refunded paper check I'll recieve in 10 business days. I strongly suggest finding a different bank for auto loans.

  Very helpful especially since I attract bank fraud somehow, we catch them, stop the charges,or get money back soon, and a new debit card in a few minutes, they are super careful in cashing or clearing my checks, I like that carefulness with customers. 5 stars for you people deciding on fast drivethroughs.?

  The bank is great but the amount of wait times in drive thru at hyannis location cause lobby isnt open is ridiculous. I get it covid but everywhere else is open doors we gotta figure something out for the amount of traffic that goes thru this bank.

  We love FCFCU! Their staff is always friendly and down to earth. After 3 years of banking with them, they know our names and our banking needs. First Citizens gives us that small town feeling while being professional and we love that they support local small businesses!

  Customer service and professionalism needs to be improved. I had one run-in with a very rude teller that required that I park my car and deal with a manager inside the building. The teller was wrong; I was right. When I first opened my accounts, I was treated very nicely; after that, I could barely get the manager to interact with me. If my interactions required any more face-time with them, I would pull my money and go to another bank.

  I’ve been a customer of FCFCU since 2004 and not looking to leave anytime soon! There are always polite, quick, knowledgeable and patient. Very professional but also friendly staff! Thank you for years of service!!!

  I have had an account at First Citizen's Federal Credit Union for 20+ years and have had nothing but great experiences there. I have multiple accounts and have gotten car loans through them. The tellers are always very helpful and pleasant and their loan officers are great.

  Lobby is never open and wait time is crazy! Customer service is nice though, but they need to open the lobby and find workers

  Getting ready to go on a two week vacation out of the Country and needed a new card. Natasha told me to go out to the ATM get a new pin number which I did and left.6/21/19 To make sure I did it cause I didn’t go back inside Natasha call me to make sure It was done so I could have a carefree trip.I thanked Her today 6/22/19 when I went back in. Great staff!oh ,I’ve been a customer for 30 plus years..Thx Guys
