  Exceptional service is an understatement! Kevin Schneck and Christian Hardman were absolutely amazing to work with. My husband and I are not first time homebuyers - we have purchased homes and refinanced and dealt with large banks and mortgage companies. I have never experienced the level of professionalism and customer service that we received working with Co / LAB Lending. Kevin was available to answer questions and consistently communicated so that we were clear on where things stood in the process. We were able to close in a timely manner with no hiccups or problems.   We went to Keystone Alliance to refinance our home and we dealt with Andres and Tatiana. They were very knowledgeable about the whole process and were very responsive when I emailed or called them. Often times I would get replies from them within minutes. All the paperwork was handled via emails and esignatures which was very convenient. The only time we had to physically go anywhere and sign anything was at closing. Even though we were just refinancing, which isn't as exciting as purchasing a home, Tatiana knew we were bringing our young kids to the closing so she decided to keep some balloons in the room. They were a big hit with the kids and they kept them entertained while we signed everything. It was a painless process and they treat people right. Great job guys. You can't go wrong with Keystone Alliance.

  Was in a bind and needed to get pre-approved within hours after the previous provider fell through hours before final bids were in. They jumped right on the phone and helped me secure my now home! Tatiana and Andres were there start to finish and was there whenever I needed her! Great people and super easy to work with, highly recommend giving your business to them!
