  By far the most easiest and smartest decision I could have made in 2021 was to contact Kane Smeltz to refinance my home. He was able to save me a substantial amount of money on both sides. He was available every step of the way to provide guidance, recommendations, and answer all questions that came up during as well as after the process. This was the second time I refinanced a home and this experience with Kane was by far better than the first (with whom I cannot even remember their name). The process felt extremely easy and streamlined with an open dialogue the entire time to answer any questions or clear up any concerns. Highly recommend and I will be using Kane again. 5 Stars!!!!

  Kane Mortgage is fantastic! My wife and I were shopping for a mortgage, and compared to the big lenders, Kane was an easy choice by far. Kane (the owner) gave us great personal attention, is extremely approachable and patient, and explains all the steps you need to get to closing day in perfect detail. Your mortgage shopping will end once you get in touch with Kane!

  Our experience of purchasing a new home using kane mortgage was amazing. The process was very thorough and stress free. There were no surprises in the end, and we were able to happily move in to our new home with no issues!

  I called Kane Mortgage about refinancing for my son. I was put in contact with Alex Thomas and told him my son was looking to refinance his 30yr mortgage and get into a 15yr fixed mortgage. Alex went above and beyond with finding my son the best possible interest rate and an affordable new monthly payment he could manage by refinancing to a 15yr loan. Alex was available to answer any questions or concerns day or night and even weekends. Our experience with Kane Mortgage and Alex Thomas was a positive one and I would recommend them to anyone. If your looking to purchase a new home or refinance, I would give them a chance to earn your business.

  I work for a company that prides itself on ECE, Extraordinary Customer Experience. This is exactly what you get with Kane. More specifically with Alex Thomas. We knew we wanted to refinance with the interest rates so low, but put the process off knowing the time, and sometimes frustration, that comes with it. If only I would have known that Alex and Kane would make it so painless, I would have done it months ago. Alex has the experience and knowledge to make the process run smoothly and tackle any obstacles that may come up. Alex responded to all of my texts and calls with respect and kindness, even though I'm certain I was a bit of a pain at times. He was consistently on top of what was needed and was sure to follow up with me each time. If you have a need for these services, would highly recommend contacting Kane Mortgage Inc.   Kane is an absolutely wonderful person to work with. I can't recommend him enough. He is always professional, knowledgable, kind, and very thorough. Kane truly wants to educate you so you understand the process from start to finish and always makes sure you understand your mortgage options - which as a first time homebuyer, I greatly appreciated. He was always available to answer my questions and was very patient with me through the process - always willing to reiterate things that I may have misunderstood. Kane always called to check in with me each week to discuss next steps and make sure things were moving along well - which really shows his truly good, kind character and dedication to you as a client.   I’ve used Kane Mortgage for all 3 of my home purchases. I could not be happier with Kane’s professionalism, attention to detail and ability to explain a complicated process in understandable terms. His rates were as good as could be found. There were a lot of things to worry about while buying the house. Kane made the mortgage process worry free.
