  I honestly want to know how Betty Granados and Santiago are still employed. Must be the ice cold demeanor they are good at portraying. Zero cares or desire to understand you or your situation given by them. I am aware that there are people who are flaky and they should be watched, but for customers who have a consistent payment record who hit a small bump in the road? come on, have some courtesy.

  They sold me a car they only kelly blue books at about $3000 and their excuses because they help anybody with any type of credit I have a 2008 Chevy Impala and they’re so quick to call and get their money but when something messes up they’re not nowhere to be found I cannot wait to be able to get out of this car !

  DO NOT BUY FROM HERE NO MATTER WHAT! unfortunately, i purchased a second vehicle from here, giving them the benefit of the doubt that things would be better in dealing with them than the first time. I've had friends get good customer service and understanding when they've had issues, and found out the issues with people are more on a racial side of things. Had a Mexican friend go in with an issue on the car she bought, and the lady who took care of them, helped them tremendously. Had ANOTHER friend go in who was black, same kind of issue, and was treated like dirt and wouldn't help them out. Same Lady who claims to be the account specialist that calls on the date you're due, is rude, has an attitude and doesn't care about the customer. Will refinance to get out from under these sharks.

  0 star's......paying payment on a van that no longer runs and they do nothing about it saying it's no under warranty. Don't buy a car not worth it

  Currently leasing a car from them, went to pay the remaining balance of the payment and was met with an error message about it. Have been trying to call since 2 pm yesterday to pay it and got no answer. Currently waiting for someone to answer the phone so I can explain the situation to them.

  This company will HARASS you until payment is made. If your a day late, they threaten you and expect you to give them a reason. They will argue and hang up on you and do not try yo understand anyones situation. If you ask them to call you between a certain time they dont respect your wishes. It's their way or no way. This is the worst car lender I have ever worked with. They screwed my husband when he got in a car accident, they didnt even try to work out payment options with him, they just wrote it off as a bad debt. They over charge you more for these cars that arent even worth what you are paying for. Dont go with this company regardless of your situation. There are other options out there for you. They have HORRIBLE customer service.

  Made a one time payment for my mother to help her out, 2 weeks later they processed another payment from my account that was unauthorized. I contacted the company immediately to get this resolved. The service rep was rude and wouldn't even apologize for their mistake. They even asked, instead of refunding My money that they stole, if I could get my mother to give me the refund. Horrible company that takes extreme advantage of borrowers with bad/no credit.

  This place is very unprofessional and they will make life with a car a living nightmare. Now I don't take time to even leave reviews but the service, maintenance, and entire process as a whole was horrid. Victor is the service manager who is not willing to help and the service manager might as well be a newborn. STAY FAR AWAY, JUST GO TO one int he area. Trust me they are not worth it

  I had 1 car down to $2000 traded it back to them for another and I gotta say that was the worst mistake ever!! The whole 'Zero Tolerance' policy with them is ridiculous if you don't pay after a few days you get repo'd and if you don't answer the phone they go knocking on your door. Nick is an **hole and Santiago is no better they belittle you and make you feel like trash AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DEALERSHIP!!!

  I get calls and voice mails from this company and I never took out a loan. They are harassing me trying to get in touch of an old friend. I don't care what he did with your money, I'M NOT HIM!
