  Chet Mann and his Team of professionals have been amazing from the beginning and continued to work hard to make everything happen favorably for me.   Chet Mann is a crook and will do ANYTHING to get a dime out of his clients. Chet helped J&R Homes in Sanford steal $108,000 from my construction loan for a house I was building for my family in Sanford before J&R Homes filed for bankruptcy. I'm SO glad I got to help "fund" his new office and political campaigns.

We offer customers a construction perm loan program to customers who want them when they decide to build a home and need financing. . We have no affiliated business partnership, ownership, or any say in how this builder or any other builder runs their business or manages their finances. We have not profited from this builder, did not earn a penny on your loan that has not closed. I am not a crook and have no influence on a builders behavior. We are very sorry for your situation and hope a positive outcome can be obtained for you and your family.

  Chet Michele and Amanda are a super amazing team! I went through CMG to buy my first home bank in 2013. The experience was so effortless I knew without a doubt that I would use Chet and team again. They did not disappoint. During the pre-approval process they provide you a checklist up front of all of the documentation you will need once you have been approved. I was able to compile everything together so when it was time everything processed smoothly and without delay. I had gotten 3 other quotes and none were as good as CMG. Not only were their rates higher they did not provide you with a personable service. You were just another number to make them money. The team at CMG treats you like a close family friend provides you with great customer service and does their best to get you the best rate possible. I have already recommended CMG to others. If you want stress free and personal attention go to CMG in Sanford!

  As a first time home buyer, CMG financial did everything in their power to make it easy and as hassle free for us as possible. They got us closed in a timely manner, were able to save us money at closing, and even got us an amazing interest rate. Justin Price in specific was a huge help and even worked after hours on our loan. I can’t say enough good things about the CMG team.

  As a realtor I love using CMG Team Chet as my preferred lender. There is constant communication and they are ready to solve any issues that “pop-up” along the way. Amanda is my go to girl who always takes the time to explain and educate my newer agents on how a loan or the different kinds of loans work and may apply, which is always appreciated. Michele, the loan processor is no non-sense girl that will work as hard, if not harder than you to close a loan. Chet is always easy to work with and always put the clients best interest first. Hands down a class act, first rate service.

  I'm not going to lie it was overall a stressful experience of selling and buying a home back to back. But I am glad we had CMG specifically Chet Mann and Justin Price helping us out.   My husband and I bought our forever home back in October through TEAMCHET and CMG Financial. We were both new comers to the home buying process and had no idea what to expect. We were so nervous about the process but the guys and gals at CMG made our experience so easy and painless. We initially met with Chet for our per purchase consultation and let me just say we left that meeting with so much valuable information not only concerning our home purchase but setting ourselves up financially in the future. We worked specifically with Amanda, Justin and Michelle and took advantage of the CMG smartphone app. Justin walked us through the loan program and answered any question we had. He was also available whenever we had any issues. Michelle stayed in constant contact with us and was so nice when we would call with concerns. She processed our loan and kept things moving. We closed without any hiccups and even got $$ back! We would highly recommend TEAMCHET and CMG Financial to anyone in the market for a home.
